I’ve posted previously about the Milgram Experiment [1] as an explanation for how the government convinces good people to commit war crimes [2]. But let’s not forget the added dimension that, in addition to brainwashing people to see ‘brown’ people as ‘animals,’ budget cuts and poor planning are placing our soldiers in savage conditions, in some cases living in feral huts.
